This short film programme features six films that explore the complexities of mental health, from personal to societal concerns, across genres: a film made by students examine the urgent issue of refugees' mental health; ‘988’ explores the struggles of those seeking help and those providing it; ‘When Silence Speaks’ addresses mental health stigma across generations; ‘Cry Like a Guy’ tackles masculinity and men’s mental health; ‘The Face of Fear’ portrays anxiety; and ‘I’m Perfectly Fine’ explores the gap between appearance and inner struggles.
