Join the Student Advisory Board at the School of Global Health!
The School of Global Health at the University of Copenhagen is launching a new Student Advisory Board to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to its global health initiatives.
Students are the heart and soul of the university. As one of School of Global Health's (SGH) key focus groups, their voices are essential in shaping activities and ensuring that the new SGH strategy puts students front and centre.
What’s the purpose?
From 2025, the Student Advisory Board will:

- Optionally, coordinating initiatives suggested by the board (SGH will handle implementation).
Time commitment

Who is the School of Global Health?
Since its inauguration 16 years ago, the School of Global Health has enriched the educational journey of countless students. We create events for and with students, support student organisations and initiatives, promote the many educational offers within global health and related fields, and communicate about the interesting global health research that takes place at the university. In other words, we are the entry point into the world of global health at the University of Copenhagen.
The School of Global Health is the University of Copenhagen’s primary hub for enhancing student learning in global health-related topics and promoting global health research, innovation, and education. We bring together students, researchers, and educators across faculties and disciplines within the university to foster a collaborative environment that forwards a healthier future for all. The School of Global Health provides the framework for collaborative, interdisciplinary, cross-faculty activities with a constantly updated global perspective.
Built upon the University of Copenhagen’s 2030 strategy, the School of Global Health aims to create more benefit for more people, equipping as many people as possible, from early to late career stages, to be drivers of sustainable and innovative solutions that promote health and well-being for all.
For the next six years, SGH will focus on the global health conversations and initiatives within emerging cross-cutting themes, including sustainability, decolonisation, and artificial intelligence.
