Menstrual Cycle Meets Happy Hour: Mocktails & Menstrual Health

BeLuna Mocktails

Join us for an evening of connection, wellness, and cycle-synced mocktails at the first-ever Menstrual Cycle Meets Happy Hour! Hosted by BeLuna, this unique event blends education with a cozy, community vibe—think girls’ night, but focused on getting in sync with your cycle.

What to Expect

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll dive into the four phases of the menstrual cycle—exploring what’s happening in the body, how hormones influence mood and energy, and how to nourish yourself during each phase.

Then comes the fun part: the mocktails!
We’ve crafted delicious, non-alcoholic drinks for each cycle phase, using ingredients that support hormonal balance and well-being. As we demonstrate each drink, we’ll share the nutritional benefits behind the ingredients and tips for recreating them at home.
