Internship opportunity at World Diabetes Foundation
An internship at WDF gives you the opportunity to work with global health topics related to diabetes and other non-communicable diseases. You will experience working with projects aimed at supporting stakeholders in low and middle-income countries in their efforts to prevent diabetes and other NCDs and improve care for diabetes patients.
Your specific tasks as an intern with WDF will be agreed upon with your intern supervisor, but potential tasks for interns are:
Analyzing the use of outcome indicators and alignment of these with Global Action Plan for NCDs and SDG indicators, and generating recommendations for next steps
Stakeholder mapping of bilateral and international donors within the NCD space
Mapping of WDF stakeholders to assist our work in refining risk management procedures
Ad hoc tasks such as providing program managers with data for country re-
