Kick off your weekend with a case seminar on policy development based on HPV-vaccine debates in Denmark and with global perspectives.

How are (health) policies made and what influences the process? What role does evidence, wide national and international media coverage, personal values and beliefs play in the shaping of public policy and how can we improve our ability to understand and critically reflect upon the explicit process? 

Based on HPV-vaccination debate in Denmarkx we will investigate various perspectives that potentially influence policy. Diverse experts will present their perspectives on the matter and welcome all students to critically reflect and challenge their views to strengthen their understanding of policymaking.
