The Department of Political Science is a department within the University of Copenhagen. The Department has about 1550 students, 45 researchers, and a considerable number of research scholars. The department has research and educational activities related to "international relations", "power and democracy" and "public organization and management". The focus area of public organization and management includes studies of the health care sector seen in both national and international comparative light.
Researchers from the department participate in research projects organized by WHO and other international networks. The department has collaborated with the Department of Public Health and the Department for International Health for delivering graduate level courses in health administration and management since 2000.
