NCD 3T meetings start in Copenhagen
The Tuesday meetings will gather young professionals within the field of NCD's currently working in Copenhagen.
This month saw the first 3T (Third Thursday of the month) meeting being held in Copenhagen, hosted by the Copenhagen School of Global Health.
It is a new initiative of the Young Professionals Network on NCDs, these meetings act as a platform for regular but informal discussion, ideas-sharing, collaboration and support between early-career professionals working in NCDs and chronic disease. Representatives from UCPH, WHO and the NGO sector were in attendance for a lively discussion on advocacy, research and policy. Many thanks to Prof Robert Burton, special guest, who challenged and inspired the group with his questions and ideas.
