Join the celebration: Global Health Case Challenge - The Winning Solution

University of Copenhagen and EIT Health proudly presents EIT Health Innovation Day's Global Health Case Challenge 2017 on Migrating Women's Sexual and Reproductive Health - 24 November 2017.

What is a Global Health Case Challenge?
The case challenge is developed as a collaboration between the United Nation Population Fund, the EIT Health Campus programme, and the University of Copenhagen. Students help UNFPA find solutions to the important global health challenge of migrating women's sexual and reproductive health. The teams have 24 hours to work on their solutions in Copenhagen from 23-24 November and will pitch their solutions on 24 November to a jury, who will select the winning team.

16.00-16.15: Arrival
16.15-17.00:

  • Welcome to EIT Health Innovation Day /Trine Winterø, Vice-Dean for Innovation and External Relations, Faculty for Health & Medical Sciences, UCPH
  • Brief presentations of the 18 teams and their solutions /team representatives
  • 2016 winning team pitch presentation /Mark Khurana
  • EIT Health introduction /Lykke Ricard, Senior Adviser on Innovation, EIT Health Office Liaison, UCPH & Annekatrin Mohr, Emerging Markets Specialist, Bloodlink

17.00-17.30: Announcement of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams and feedback from the jury
17.30-20.00: Celebratory bubbles, drinks and snacks

The event is arranged and hosted by the School of Global Health, SUND Innovation Hub and the Danish Research Center for Migration, Etnicity and Health at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
