Sanitation - a priority or a private matter?

The NGO Health network invites you to an interesting seminar on access to sanitation in a development context.

The seminar focuses on how to improve access to Sanitation

During the last 20 years, access to clean water doubled globally, but how is the situation of access to sanitation? Which strategies can be used to promote the situation of sanitation? The seminar will provide an insight to the main differences between the different strategies to promote sanitation (PHAST, CLTS and social-marketing).

Introduction by Jytte Roswall Presentation, mainly on PHAST (Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation Transformation) and other software methods for hygiene behavior change – by Libertad Gonzalez Senior Officer, Water, Sanitation and Health Unit from International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) Coffee break and networking Presentation on CLTS (Community Lead Total Sanitation) – by Chris Cormency, Chief Water, Sanitation and Education Center, UNICEF Questions to the panel (the presenters) The seminar ends with sandwich for lunch
