Conference: Diabetes mellitus, Global Challenge and Innovative Solutions
The 2nd Baltic-Sea-Health-Region-Meeting gathers experts for diabetes treatment from the Baltic Sea Region and the Arab World to discuss transnational activities and to identify joint strategies of cooperation in the field of diabetes management.

Chaired by Prof. Dr. Ralf Schiel, Inselklinikum Heringsdorf , Germany and NN, Denmark/ Finland / Groningen - „Innovative Solutions for Personalized Diabetes Management and Prevention”
Chaired by Prof. Dr. Hans Jochen Brauns, DG Telemed and Dr. Eckhard Salzsieder, Institute of Diabetes "Gerhardt Katsch", Karlsburg, Germany
The meeting is organised within the framework of the ScanBalt Health Region Flagship, lead by Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Lithuania in cooperation with ScanBalt BioRegion. ScanBalt Health Region Flagship was approved by the EU-Commission within its Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region.
